International Trade

We advise and support our clients in their international expansion and also all those foreign companies and individuals who want to invest in Spain. Our advice includes the negotiation and drafting of all types of complex international contracts.

International Consulting

We advise our clients in the management of international projects. We also work with organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank in the elaboration of studies and reports on diverse matters such as education, justice, environment or health.

Real Estate

We advise investors, companies and individuals in the acquisition, transfer or investment in all types of properties; homes, commercial premises, tourist complexes, etc. We negotiate and draft all types of real estate contracts and advise on the development of complex urban projects.

Banking & Finance

We advise our clients on a wide range of transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, business plans and strategic and financial advice.

VISAS

Visas

We advise companies and individuals in obtaining NIEs, visas and residence permits, community card, etc., providing comprehensive advice and support in their move to Spain from abroad.

Compliance

We advise domestic and foreign clients in all matters related to compliance with the regulations applicable to their activity, advising and counseling in the process of elaboration, implementation and development of prevention programs, mechanisms, policies and processes adapted to the activity and risk level of each company.

Lawyers at your service

Lorena Blasco has a law degree, having studied at prestigious universities such as New York University and Harvard Law School. Three years ago and after having worked both in Spain and the United States in prestigious international law firms, she decided to create her own firm. Lorena has extensive experience in international contracting and regularly advises companies and investors in the negotiation and drafting of complex international contracts. Her working languages are Spanish, English, French, and she is currently studying HSK3 level of Mandarin Chinese. Lorena is a founding member of the Spanish Association of Art Law.

Javier Pascual has a law degree and more than ten years of experience leading teams in banking law. Currently, his professional activity is focused on Corporate Governance and best practices after completing the Advanced Legal Compliance Expert Program at IE Business School. As a lawyer with a solid technical background, his focus is not only to offer accurate and effective legal solutions, but also to establish close and trusting relationships with clients.
