What is an affidavit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An affidavit is a written declaration under oath, taken before a notary or other authority who has the power to administer such oath. In our experience affidavits of law are ussually requested during probate or wills matters, but they can be necessary in any area of law such as: Court proceedings, Property issues, corporate law, inheritage disputes, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is important to know that the Affidavit must be signed in from of witnessess while also having it notarized at the same time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
How do we proceed? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-We ask the client all the relevant information and documents in order to prepare the affidavit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-The document will be drafted in the required language and signed by our qualified lawyers in 2-3 days from reception of all the relevant documents. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
-We send the affidavit to our clients with all the seals and stamps to fulfill the legal requirements (notary stamp, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
