It is important to know that the Affidavit must be signed in from of witnessess while also having it notarized at the same time.
How do we proceed?
-We ask the client all the relevant information and documents in order to prepare the affidavit.
-The document will be drafted in the required language and signed by our qualified lawyers in 2-3 days from reception of all the relevant documents.
-We send the affidavit to our clients with all the seals and stamps to fulfill the legal requirements (notary stamp, etc.).
